Information We Collect
When you use our contact form, we collect your Name, Position, Phone Number, Email Address & Business Address and any project details you provide. This is used solely to respond to your inquiry and manage our professional relationship.
How is the data collected?
We gather email addresses, names, position, phone numbers and addresses from publicly accessible online sources such as Google & Companies House along with trusted paid online sources such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo & Lusha or by telephone. All calls are recorded for either training purposes or to provide a service.
How do we use your data?
DJi Studio intends to use your data to provide and maintain a commercial service and send marketing emails on the legal grounds of Legitimate Interest of which a Legitimate Interest Assessment has been completed. Data can also be collected by a web form with opt-in consent provided to DJi Studio to be contacted by telephone and/or email.
How long do we retain your data?
We will keep your basic personal data (email addresses, names, position, phone numbers and addresses) in line with our Data Retention Policy. We will keep your information that we hold for marketing purposes until you inform us that you no longer wish to receive marketing information from us. DJi Studio will oblige to present the personal data we hold, and/or to remove data should it be requested.
Payments & Financial Data: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store or have access to your full credit card details or bank credentials. Stripe collects and processes your payment information in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. We only receive confirmation of payment and the necessary billing details to fulfil your order.
How We Use Your Data

- We never sell your data to third parties.
Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely. We retain project communication only as long as necessary to fulfil our service or as required by UK tax law for invoicing records. Some of our third-party processors may store data outside of the UK/EEA. We ensure all such transfers are protected by standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.
Your Rights
